STUART GROOM
Stuart Groom has more than 20 years of financial and general management experience. He has held positions of General Manager of manufacturing companies and has a successful record of achievement in startup, expansion, turnaround, and crisis management in highly competitive environments. After becoming a qualified Chemical Engineer, Stuart transitioned to Finance and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross in London, England. Rising through the ranks of Schlumberger (SLB) to US Division Controller, he took the position of CFO of a troubled public company. In this role, he established credibility with banks and successfully led the company through Chapter 11. After restructuring and four years of profitability, the company’s ownership changed. Stuart is now applying his in-depth knowledge of accounting, finance and operations to help others in search of new opportunities.

JOSEPH SZLOSEK
Joseph Szlosek is a Big 4 CPA with experience in KPMG’s Audit and Advisory Group, as well as International Taxation. Joseph provided attest services for manufacturing, financial services and higher education clients. Clients included, but are not limited to, CSFB, BearingPoint, Cornell University, Dover Corporation, Citigroup (Student Loan Corp.), and Tompkins Trust Company. Joseph left public accounting to join The Pyramid Companies as a Financial Officer for Destiny USA, a wholly owned subsidiary. Following Destiny USA, Joseph worked for Robert Half International as a Division Director in the Syracuse, NY office. In his first 18 months at RHI, Joseph quickly climbed the scorecard to as high as #4 (in terms of placements) of over 900 recruiters in North America.

TIMOTHY SONGER
With extensive knowledge and first-hand expertise in Finance and Accounting, M&A and Healthcare, Timothy Songer has successfully applied his skills in both contributing to the industry and placing qualified candidates in applicable roles. His last industry position was as a Senior Associate for National Surgical Hospitals providing financial due diligence and M&A buy side work within the Acute Care Surgical Hospital Industry. In his most recent role as Director of Accounting & Finance for Hudson Global Resources Management, Inc., (HHGP) he continuously ranked as a top producer for North America rising to #2 nationally in revenue generated for a billion dollar plus firm. This role provided him with extensive experience in sourcing and developing business relationships.
