Account Executive

Our Fortune 100 client has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an Account Executive. In this position you will be responsible for selling turnkey building system infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience selling into Municipalities, Universities, Schools (K-12) and healthcare verticals.


  • Responsible for developing and executing sales growth plans within the territory
  • Present value-based solution using consultative sales approach for the portfolio of facility infrastructure and energy solutions offerings
  • Utilize financially based pitch, articulating how the portfolio of offerings will drive critical savings and optimization across customer’s organization
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of market drivers including energy resilience, building automation, alternative financing, etc


  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of outside sales experience
  • Experience selling into one or more of the following verticals: state/local government, schools, higher education or healthcare
  • Alternative financing sales experience
