Marketing Operations Specialist/Manager

Our Multinational client has an exciting role for a dynamic individual to join the Marketing Team as the as the Lead Generation Manager.  In this role you will oversee the technical execution and implementation of the Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, and end-to-end Lead Management strategy.  You will utilize software solutions to ensure that lead generation programs and process are operating at maximum efficiency. Responsibilities range from architecting email nurture campaigns, setting up campaign tracking, managing lead scoring, facilitating proper lead assignment, and reporting on lead and revenue performance.

Our client is looking for someone who wants to make a difference and who wants to be recognized and rewarded.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Marketing Automation and CRM systems and be familiar with popular enterprise Lead Management frameworks such as Sirius Decisions Demand Waterfall.

Core Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of the lead generation process across end user and channel marketing activities
  • Effectively work with marketing teams in different regions.
  • Work with Center-of-Excellence to implement best practices for:
    • lead conversion and form optimization
    • database segmentation and optimization
    • email nurturing,
    • retargeting integration
    • lead scoring and qualification
    • lead assignment.
    • Demonstrate business impact of Marketing activities with Key Performance Indicators.
    • Work as a liaison between Campaign Managers and functional resources to coordinate and execute marketing automation campaigns for New Product Launches and other campaigns.
    • Act as the primary point person and super-user for the business.
    • Participate in Company wide marketing projects to improve the processes.
    • Act as an automation advocate for the business and actively seek out automation opportunities.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations and related activities
  • Deep understanding of lead generation/management, lead scoring, lead nurturing and lead qualification/tracing across the entire life cycle of the lead.
  • Intimate experience with Marketing Automation and CRM systems
  • Ability to manage complex cross system data sets and translate data into insights and actions to improve lead management and execution of marketing activities.


  • Experience with Sirius Decisions Demand Waterfall.
  • Analytics and data visualization experience.
  • Understanding of sales processes/cycles and operations.
  • Experience implementing/maintaining data governance models.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams across a geographically dispersed organization
