Position Overview:

Our Fortune 500 client has an exciting opportunity to join their sales team. In this position you will be responsible for developing HVAC and energy efficiency projects with new and existing customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Business development and direct sales of facility solution services to commercial, private sector, local municipalities, etc.
  • Manage and grow base of existing accounts while preventing loss of business
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiations while managing the sales cycle
  • Manage the coordination of appointments, client meetings, developing solutions, estimating and bidding proposals
  • Create and present to prospects in an effort to identify customer needs, wants, and potential solutions
  • Monitor competitive marketplace and develop new methods of attaining new business
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars, trainings and other industry networking events

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
  • 3+ years sales experience
  • Experience with HVAC, Energy Efficiency, Building Automation Solutions
