Senior Business Development Consultant - Dallas, TX - Job Code JCS4060


Position Overview:

    Our world-renowned client has an exciting opportunity to join their growing team as a Senior Business Development Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for new customer acquisition sales strategies, tactics and processes for our client’s solutions.

      Duties & Responsibilities:

        • Responsible for driving the development and growth sales in designated territory
        • Deliver effective technical presentations to executive level audiences
        • Interact with and build key relationships with C-Level executives
        • Responsible for the coordination of the pricing process for the product and solutions portfolio
        • Understand the customer’s buying mechanisms and timing to create and report accurate sales forecasts
        • Maintain current industry and product knowledge for the current trends and related technology
        • Utilize operational knowledge of processes, applications, infrastructure tools, communication methodologies and trends in consultative sales approach for new account development

          Minimum Qualifications:

            • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA is highly preferred
            • 5+ years of experience in business development and new customer acquisition
            • Proven success in C-Level sales
            • Experience selling capital equipment, connected technologies, Software as a Service (SaaS)
            • Proven success in direct sales in the building technology field, including but not limited to, building systems, SaaS, Enterprise Cloud, Mobility, IT, and Software Sales
